For me, yoga began as a physical challenge: a quest to keep my body in shape. After years as a competitive gymnast, I was craving a work out that stimulated both my strength and flexibility. Over the past seven years, my relationship with my practice has evolved immensely. I have studied with many teachers in Boston, on Cape Cod, and at Kripalu Yoga Center. I now understand how my asana practice affects every area of my life, from my relationship with myself, to my interactions with the rest of the world. For me, yoga has become a lifestyle that extends far past the edges of my mat!

I have over 400 hours of Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Trainings. I completed my 200 Hour Interdisciplinary Teacher Training with Don and Amba Stapleton in Nosara, Costa Rica. I could not feel more grateful for or prepared by their amazing program, and I am ecstatic that I have the opportunity to share my experiences with others. I hope that I can inspire my students to seek their own yoga and be guided by their own inner light.

I have also completed a 100-hr Let Your Yoga Dance teacher training with Megha Buttenheim.

I am a certified Pranassage Practitioner through Nosara Yoga Institute.
