Pranassage® is a one on one experience designed to assist an individual in deepening their yoga experience through relaxation. In Pranassage, an individual is moved, by the practicioner, though a series of slow and relaxing yoga postures, designed to give the reciever a deeper understanding of their own bodies and the flow of prana (life energy) through the body.
Although pranassage is based in physical contact, it is not a massage. It is simply a method of assisting an individual in becoming more aware of their own physicality, breath, and energy. It is a deeply relaxing experience meant to give an indivudal chance to slow down and experience peace.
